Meeting the MTCP

Friday, March 30th, 2007

gAhem.. let’s try this again…

But no, seriously, i was just about to write down another update when all of a sudden, a guy came into the common room. Look familiar though. Said hi at him and i, then, figured that it is just Anaqi. Looks slightly different though. With a slightly thicker moustache that is. And then, another Anaqi came.. Eheh.. Another… Anaqi… GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

Just his twin bro.. Anyways, Delaqroux Inc Updates!
Yesterday, the MTCP students went for a trip to MTC (Malaysian Tourism Centre) and well, me and RJ tagged along. There was this cultural dance show there and it was awesome. RJ made a better tourist guide than me.. lolz. I hardly know anything. But then again, she was really excited of it. She’s jumping up and down on her seat all the way. lolz. Later, we went to Eye on Malaysia. Y’know, the Eye on London copycat thingy in Taman Tasik Titiwangsa. Actualy, since the date it was launched, i never saw it. So, yep, it make me wondering who is the tourist that day. Oh yeah, i made friends with Sin… uh… Singi… (how do you spell his name aa?) and Jose’! Both cool lads!

So anyways, we went to Batu Caves! W00t! So, yep, tat place is pretty cool considering the fact that i never been inside the cave. Eitherways, we had tosai before the big hike up to 287 staircase (x2 coz we need to climb down if we go up rite?) and thus, met mr… Roosh… (great… how do you spell this guy’s name?) Rooshdi or something. Introduced them to tosai and according to Jose; "It’s great!".. Just a tosai though. Anything really that great. Next stop, Petaling Street. Didnt do much except just browse around so there’s nothing much to report in here.

All in all, meeting the MTCPs are cool. I didnt do that much of talking except to the three guys and one thai miss (Who is really cool!). But, it’s awesome meeting them. They’ll be staying for three weeks though but this is something worth as a great memory. Hope we did good in making their visit to malaysia a memorable experience as well. Cuti-Cuti Malaysiaaaaa!!!

GAAAAAAAH!!!!!

THERE ARE TWO ANAQIS!!!!!!!?????

To University with Preenie

Friday, March 30th, 2007

Last week, on Sunday, I went out jogging in UM with Preenie. It was the first time for me to jog with one of my best buddies as i always thought they all prefer eating than exercising. Anyways, jogging out with her is pretty cool. First round was tiring alright as she wanted to jog all the way (uh… cant ruin my image can i? So i pretended i wasnt tired at all). Second round, well, just a walk in the park.. literally but that’s when both of us start talking. She mentionedon her boyfriend and i mentioned mine (i mean; my GIRLfriend) she talked about things that’s bothering her mind at the moment and it was surprising that it was the same thing that is bothering mine. We didnt find any resolution and we figured there werent any but hey, i guess it’s good for both of us to be able to confess everything out. Actually, for the past week, i didnt talk much to her. Dunno why but i prefer to be alone. Guess it is because of this issue with ’someone’ that i prefer to stand out from my usual team. But, the time when i am out alone with Preenie, we started talking as if we had never seen each other for years… well, at least, i did felt so. Guess i am missing her much.

Haha.. Funny how i always think that being alone can be an easy solution to all my personal problems. This is another time that i "isolate" myself from Preenie… only to figure out i am isolating myself from somone i really need…

Good guy finishes last?

Here i am writing down another delaqroux inc update while my so-called buddies are having a workshop with Mr. Tan. @#$%.

I really wanted to attend the workshop and it began first thing in the morning and it’s on first come first served basis. So, to be among those "firstly served", i thought of going handing out the AG assignment in the B.Ed Office first thing when i arrive to canteen. I dunno what the fuck is wrong with the Jabatan Pendidikan Agama assholes as they make us wait for a long goddamned 30 minutes! Calling yourself lecturers? I call you all a bunch of retarded dumbasses who couldnt plan things if you are to make us wait like that. Afterwards, i rushed back to canteen. I was quite sure Loong or RJ would at least take my bag i left in the canteen and reserved a place in the workshop for me. But they dont. It is still there. Haha. Guess the workshop’s bound to be so interesting that they actually forgot to reserve even a single place for someone they knew. No use to be rushing along already. Judging by Mr. Tan’s punctuality on things, i bet the workshop’s closed by now. Well, i cant make a face on them when they come out about another ten minutes from now. If i’ll be doing so, well, it will still be my fault. Everything that i am mad of, i am the bad guy 24/7. I dont desrve any rights to frown, make a grudge or even complain a lil bit about this. All i desrve is to shut up or else they’ll be the one who’ll be marking me as a moody, sensitive, fucked up, bastard who are so stupid enough to believe in the power of some dumbass friendship. So, when they come out, i am just gonna shut up and smile. That’s all i am good for for these guys..

Foundation 2.5!

Thursday, March 22nd, 2007

Just a few days ago, IPBA had reopened after a week of holiday. Somehow, i dont really feel that this holiday was that long. Maybe it did felt long but not that long as in the one during Chinese New Year. Guess what? Our class have been upgraded from Foundation 1.5 to Foundation 2.5! We are in the second semester now and, unfortunately, in welcoming us to it; we were really loaded with a lot of stuff to do. First of all, there is the annoying sport house practice and also the big day on the 29th of March. Thankfully though, i signed my name to be in the bowling and badminton match and the two games had been cancelled for reason unknown. I didnt signed in for cheerleading or anything so, yep, compared to RJ, Preenie and all, they seem to get their handsfull unlike me. But that doesnt make me a free man. Agama deadline is closing in and although i finished the written task, i havent printed out my internet sources (only to find out today that the sites where i referred to had all been removed!). Next, even if i dont join in cheerleading, i ended up finding myself in the taekwando demo. So far; so good;- the practice that is but i’m tired out. Man, this demo was wayyy more complicated than the one we did during the Merdeka Celebration. That’s not all; Cohort 5 students is now in charged of IPBA English day. All of us are assigned for the closing ceremony that involves some goddamn performance and stuff. I expect the main commitee would get their handsfull but hey, if they’re the head and the head aches, what of the body then? Pain, man! PAIN! To make things worse Mr. Tahir would be retiring next Monday. Yes, this may seem more of a good news, the truth is; it isnt. We were incharged in the Retirement Ceremony and i’m in the Phantomime team. Not much to do but still, it is still adding up to the busy-ness all of us are having. Finally, it’s The IPBArian. I’m still chasing time and… well… stories to come up with our second issue. Just when i thought i finished covering up all the news for the February issue, i just received news that the February issue will be combined with the news in March.. Guess what? I havent done a thing about the stories in March. Word; SEI LOR!!!

In a blurry world on my own…

Friday, March 16th, 2007

Just a few days ago, i had an accident that really changed everything for this holiday. I broke my glasses. And not just any ordinary "broke"; it snaps into two. THink of Loong and his experience with his lil whip that whallops his glasses right in the middle, and you are not to far off with my case of glasses snapping in half. Damn, and that really made me grounded for the remaining days of this holiday. I cant even shoot properly in my PC games. How was i ever to shoot? I cant see! Finally (at long last), i visited the eye-check center (believe me, apart from all those cute female employees; there is stricly numero zero reason for one to actually like visting that place) and yeah, went through the dumb eye checkup. IT’S ANNOYING!! "Hijau lagi terang atau merah lagi terang?" and "Ada lense ni baru terang atau takde lagi terang?" HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!? THERE DOESNT SEEM TO BE MUCH DIFFERENCE DAMNIT!! WHY DONT YOU WEAR IT YOURSELF AND YOU TELL THE DIFFERENCE, YOU DUMB DOC!!! And to wear those big, heavy, mutiple lense-holder thingy; what am i? Arnold Schwazzeneger!? Geez… THAT will surely be my last visit!

Delaqroux and the Panic Room

This is just a sub-story during my visit to Sunway Pyramid just recently…

I was looking for the surau and as there wasnt any signs that tells me where the exact direction of the surau is; i asked an employeed in Pizza Hut. She told me that the Surau will be on the eleventh floor of Sunway Pyramid and that seems quite bizzarre because i can only see four floors of Sunway Pyramid from my current position. However, she added that there will be an elevator that goes straight up to the eleventh floor. Nevertheless, the elevator is hidden within a hidden door inside McD restaurant and only few may pass the door; the employees…

Finally, i found the hidden door. The fact that the door is hidden might be right. In fact, no one would even notice where the door is even during plain daylight. So, i went in. It was a shocking experience and my heartbeat grew faster upon my entrance. There was a hallway behind the door and unlike the rest of Sunway, it was not air-conditioned. The hallway was as hot as hell in Summer. As a matter of fact, it wasnt even properly lit and not to mention, hygenically maintained. There was a sudden frightening aura which seemed to flow throughout the hallways. An addition to the fear, my feet had a difficulty to even move as the floor was sticky (perhaps, due to the suggested idea that it wasnt cleaned for months). As i regain my senses, i noticed that there was an exit from that atmosphere - the very thing i was even there for - the elevator.

Within the elevator was another different thing; or should i say; atmosphere. Dirty? Not really. It was spiffy and clean. Not even a splotch of dust anywhere. As a matter of fact, the space inside the elevator was sparkling clean. Of course it was as the whole elevator’s internal was made of some kind of metal material with a repititive pattern to it on every side; walls, floor and even the ceiling. Besides that, the elevator’s room was spacious. It was way more spacious than the main elevator for visitors of Sunway Pyramid. Or to put this in a more precise description; if the main elevator for vistiors can hold, perhaps, 20 passengers- this one could fit, unmistakenably, 60! It was more of a cell rather than an elevator… a cell to keep a mentally ill someone kept safely… or maybe, a cell to torture the minds of POWs…

Ol’ Skool Skata

Friday, March 9th, 2007

Yesterday, we went to Sunway Pyramid sucka!!

Okay, yeah, we went to that place alrite. But i wasnt going out with my usual outing team this time around; instead, i went with Daryl, AJ, RJ, Myn, Nicholas, Shogi… (uh.. who else ah?) Estee, Addelyn, Shen Ann, and… uh… etc. etc. It was one helluva big group. First of all, we arrived (obviously) and settled with a lunch in ol’ Pizza Hut where i found out the truth behind Sunway Pyramid while i was searching Surau in that place. Believe me, it was tough with such a big place as that.

All in all, i found it at last and proceeded with lunch. However, at that time, i think i ate too much that i dont feel like ice skating anymore. What’s more; the sudden retreat for AJ, Daryl and Nicholas as well as a bunch of so-talented skaters sorta demotivates me. C’mon, i was so up to ice skate (if that even means slamming my ass once per second) and now; the pizza had spoken. Though i did plan on not skating for just a few moment to wait for all the food to be digested; finally, i ended up visting this magic shop and spend a lot of bucks learning a new trick. All in all, cash’s off budget; no skating for Darkie.

Oh well, not that i didnt enjoy myself though. We spent the whole day touring the Pyramid and it was awesome (eventhough most of the stuff on sale ’s way too expensive for a guy with 200 per month allowance). Finally, it’s time to be off. The guys decided to have dinner in SS2. As i am the only muslim (once again), and they are going to… well, y’know… seems like i gotta part with them. Well, cant complain. I was the one who was tagging along. Even so, i’m starting to hate pigs now…

Tribute to SMKSB..

Saturday, March 3rd, 2007

Today, i went to SMKSB, my old school back in Selayang. It had been a while since i done so. The last time i went in was the time when i was asking for the headmistress’s signature for my Agreement Form last year. Back then, i used to visit the school often so i didnt notice much changes. But today, i came back for a visit. I was helping out with Madam Wong’s new recruit of SMKSB debaters and yeah, after the discussion ended, i went around for a short tour. It wasnt really a short tour though. I ended up walking around for almost an hour. I’m not quite sure how i felt that time. The school was empty as it was Saturday and i dunno.. kinda feels.. empty or something… It is as if you went back to your hometown for a promised reunion only to find out no one showed up at the meeting place. My ex-class was inherited to the 2007’s 5 Einstein. Somehow, it still have a familiar warmth to it. Yeah, i guess; i am missing that old time. Funny that it had only been two years since but i am feeling an emptiness of 10 years.. I didnt feel anything as i was walking around but somehow my feet just keep on walking on and on, visiting places where i had left a lot of memories there. There was this corner of my ex-class where i… uh… hugged someone, the SIDRED room where i was skipping class with Devilana, our usual eating spot for recess etc..

Hell, how i was wanting to leave school and now here i am; missing every moment of it. Oh well, cant turn back i guess. I am who i am now. But all the same, i wont dissapoint those who made me to be who i am now. Once again, if fate had lined up failures and disspointments for my future; then let me prove that fate will fail miserably. BRING IT ON!!!
